Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-413 Steam Generator Tube Inspection
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Technical Specification 4.4.5.5 and 6.9.2, an in-service inspection of Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Steam Generators (S/G) A, B, C, and D was complete %
on August 31, 1986. One tube in S/G "A" was found to have indications of 20% WD.
No other degraded tubes were found in any of the S/G's and zero tubes were plugged as the result of these indications.
