Criterion V of. Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50 states, in part, " Activities affecting quality shall'be. prescribed by documented instrrctions, procedures,
- or drawings, of a type appropriate to the circumstances and shall be

Contrary to the above, at.the time of -the inspection, ISC did not have a procedure for perfoming sulfur. printing at the #2 Basic 0xygen Furnace (B0F) Bloom Caster.
(87-01-02) 2s Criterion II. of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50 states, in part. "...the program.shall provide for indoctrination and training of personnel performing activities affecting quality as necessary to assure that suitable proficiency is achieved and maintained...."
Contrary to the above.ISC does not have procedures or instructions pertaining to the indoctrination and training of personnel performing j
activities affecting quality.
