RICHARD H. STROME, being on oath, deposes and'says as follows:

1. I am the Director of the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency (NHCDA).
2.Section IV.E of the Town of South Hampton j Radiological Emergency Response. Plan-(TOSH RERP), Volume 31, contains a detailed listing of South Hamp' ton's specific.

people with "special needs" transportation requirements.  !

One bus conversion kit and one special needs bus have.been allotted for them.

3. Appendix I to Volume 2 of the New Hampshire RERP incorporates TOSH's requirements into a summary listing of specific transportation resource requirements for the State of New Hampshire 10 mile EPZ.
4. The capacity of buses allotted surpasses the number ,

i of residents who have indicated that they may require transportation assistance. (A minimum of three buses have been allocated to each town which exceeds known requirements for the Town of South Hampton.)

5. Volume 5 of the New Hampshire RERP contains letters of agreement with bus and ambulance companies, Teamsters Local No. 633 of New Hampshire, and individual transportation providers. Together, these organizations should be able to provide transportation resources in excess of the numbers required in Appendix I to Volume 2.
6. Arrangements for evacuation of mobility impaired and transport dependent persons is a coordinated effort between the State of New Hampshire and each town. Volume 31 (TOSH RERP) provides for special arrangements for the transport of students (when school is in session), institutionalized people, people without access to private automobiles, and people with special needs. The following Volume 31 sections identify town officials who are responsible for assessment of transportation requirements, and include the detailed arrangements for acquisition, assignment and coordination of transportation resources.
