Dear Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, please forward single cooles of any and all correspondence, notes, memoranda, telephone j
conversation notes, and other written material concerning NRC evaluation of the damage,
- repair, and design adequacy of the Diablo Canyon Breakwater system.
The damage occurred in January, 1981. The NRC Project Manager at that time was Mr. Bart Buckley. Other NRC of ficials known to have been involved are Mr. Myron Fliegel and Mr. Robert Tedesco. The NRC is known to have contracted with the Army Corps of Engineers (Coastal Engineering Research Center - Bob Sorensen) in evaluating the damage to the breakwaters.
