DOCUMENT MISSING FROM LA CROSSE LPOR I received a call from a patron at the Lacrosse LPOR who requested help in locating this document. After a fruitless search of the OCS, I was able to get a copy from Jan Strasma in our Region III Office. Mr. Strasma assured me that the document was made public and noted for distribution to the LPOR. He sent this attached copy to me and a copy directly to the library for the patron's use.
I discussed this with Jona Souder and at her suggestion, am sending this copy to you for official distribution.
