NECNP'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL CONTENTIONS ON REVISION 2 OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE AND LOCAL RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS The New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution ("NECNP")

hereby moves the Licensing Board for leave to file the attached Sapplemental Contentions on the New Hampshire Radiological Emer-gency Response Plan ("RERP"). This filing includes contentions on Revision 2 of the RERP, as well as two contentions that are based on other new information or regulatory requirements. In the body of the filing, NECNP demonstrates that it has good cause for the late filing and meets the other late-filed contention criteria. Because the Board's deadline for the filing of conten-tions on Revision 2 has passed, NECNP requests leave to file these additional contentions and arguments respecting NECNP's satisfaction of the late-filed contention standard.
