10. Licensed material shall be used only at U.S. Amy Ballistic Research Laboratory, i

Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

11. Licensed material shall be used by,; or under the supervision of, individuals F

12. A(1) Any sealed sources or detector cells specified in Item 7.A. shall be tested for L

leakage and/or contamination at intervals not to exceed 6 months. Any source

or detector cell received from another person which is not accompanied by a t

certificate indicating that a test was performed within 6 months before the t

- transfer shall not be put into use until tested.

I (2) Any sealed sources specified in Items 7.B. shall be tested for leakage and/or l

contamination at intervals not to exceed three months. Any source received i

from another person which is not accompanied by a certificate indicating that a i

test was performed within three months before the transfer shall not be put I

into use until tested.

(3) Notwithstanding the periodic leak test required by this condition, any l

licensed sealed source is exempt from such leak tests when the source i

contains 100 microcuries or less of-befarand/or gamma emitting material I

or 10 microcuries or less of alpha *emitt'iig(msterial.
