.By letter. dated August 27, 1986, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regula-tion (0NRR) informed your Company of their approval of your application dated October 25, 1983, and issued Amendment Nos. 104 and 107 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-24 and DPR-27. This' application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to criteria for Type A leak rate testing for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
A Class II fee ($1,200) and a Class I fee ($400) were remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23,-1978 regulations.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result _of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class-III fee ($4,000) is appropriate in' lieu of the Class II fee ($1,200) paid since the. review involved consideration of a single safety issue.
The Class I fee ($400) remitted is appropriate for the duplicate unit.
Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the additional sum of
$2,800 to this office.
