I Gentlemen:
This documents 'a meeting held on May:22.1987,-in the Region IV office between.
inbers. of your staf f-and Region ~'IV ' representatives,' as ' identified in the
' attached attendance list. The purpose of the meeting which was held at Nebraska.Public Power District's (NPPD) request was to brief the Region IV physical security staff on the expanded upgrade of ' security. systems at Cooper Nuclear Station ;and to inform Region IV staff of the projected completion date.
The NPPD briefing included details of the planned security :ystems to include detailed drawings of;the plant systems.
During the briefing, NPPD agreed to-l provide the following:

Af ter installation and testing, the licensee will submit a 10.CFR 50.54(p) plan change that specifically describes those areas of the outer. isolation-
~
zone that will have degraded coverage by the assessment aids system.
2.
Provide a revised construction schedule for the upgraded security l
system.
