Public Service Electric & Gas Company has prepared certain documents on the management of quality-control and quality-assurance personnel at Diablo Canyon Nuclear i

Power Plant.

I believe that the NRC has obtained copies l

of these documents, and that the materials may come within i

the scope of the agency's upcoming hearings on plant safety.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, my newspaper is I

requesting the opportunity to review, or obtain copies of, some of these PG&E materials.

The specific documents requested are listed belov 1.

" Investigation of Allegations Concerning Intimidation and Harassment of QC and QA Personnel", October 16, 1986, by Skidmore and Locke.

1987, from Schiffer containing additional material on QC issues at DCNPP.

Any additional correspondence or docurents, by PGE or the NRC, relating tu allegations made in the original investigation report or to other allegations that QC personnel are harassed and intimidated at DCNPP.
