DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 301 CONTAINMENT INTEGRATED LEAKAGE RATE TESTING POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT Your letter dated November 5, 1986, requested that Wisconsin Electric Power Company remit an application fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170 for the review of our leak chase channel evaluation report submitted with our letter dated July 24, 1986.
Although a copy of this report was submitted for your review, that sub-mittal was for your information only.
We did not request NRC approval.
Additionally, NRC review and approval of this report is neither required by regulation or guidance nor necessary as a condition of the license.
Accordingly, we conclude that an application fee for this submittal is not appropriate.
