In response to Deviation B of the subject report and as a result of discussions between Mr. H.D. Brandes (Duke Power Company) and Mr. P.M. Madden of your staff, please find attached the following information to close out the Deviation (operational test of detectors which actuate halon systems was not conducted):
1.
Procedure PT/0/A/4600/16 amended (change #11) as a result of findings.
This procedure was for EFA detectors.
The detectors in question are considered RF detectors.
(Attachment 1) 2.
Completed PT/0/A/4600/16 for Unit 2 dated 2-25-83 (Attachment 2) 3.
Completad work request to test Unit 1 detectors in accordance with PT/0/A/4600/16.
