Attached is a report of the inservice inspections performed at Commonwealth Edison Company, Zion Unit 1 from October 4, 1986 through February 26, 1987.
This report is submitted to you in com-pliance with the requirements of Article IWA-6000 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code 1980 Edition up to and including Winter 1981 Addenda.
The report covers the Interval 2, Period 1, Outage 2 (Final) inspections.
This report is in com-pliance with the requirements of Zion Technical Specifications 4.3.4.C and 6.6.3.C.
