Dear Dr. Grace:
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 19 to the Oconee Nuclear Station Gecurity Plan. Revision 19 was generally developed to address deletions, clarifications, editorial changes and the fact.that all current Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plans should have all interim (pink) pages removed from the plan once this revision is posted. Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 19 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
