REGION IV COMMENTS ON TUGCO's RESPONSE TO NRC STAFF QUESTIONS ON CPRT PROGRAM PLAN AND ISSUE. SPECIFIC ACTION PLAN Region IV has provided comments relative to Appendix G. CPRT Third Party Quality Assurance -Program, reference C. J. Hale memo of December 18, 1985, to V. S. Noonan. Region IV has in addition completed its review of the TUGC0 submitted and have the following comments:
The TUGC0 response to ISAP III.a.1, " Hot Functional Testing (HTF) o Data Packages" appears to be inconsistent with the actual actions taken as observed during our inspections, There is a typo in Item 2 of-the ISAP III.a.1 response o
I have attached Ward Smith's December 13, 1985, Memo which details the Region IV consnents with regard to ISAP III.a.1. Ward's memo was discussed and verbally concurred in by R. Keimig, TRT Group Leader for Test Programs.
