I have reviewed subj ect response. in t he section pertaining to -
ISAP'Section III.a.1, " Hot Functional Testi ng (HFT) Data Packages" and have found a f ew problems as i den ti f i ed bel ow.

sample ' set. - Al so the response describes two 60-item sample sets of TPDs and TDRs to be evaluated, with one sample set coming from a population of 820 TPDs and the other from 323 TDRs. During the NRC followup i nspecti on, I found only one sample set of 60 items which was. drawn from a total populat2on consisting of 820 TPDs, plus 323 TDRS, plus 254 FSAR-test method commitmentu. The response to Item 2 appears to have a typo err or.
One "4.0" should be a "3.O.
