Gentlemen:
This refers to the meeting held on June 9, 1987, at the Region III Office
between you and others of your staff and Mr. Carl J. Paperiello and members
of this office in regard to the implementation of the licensed operator
requalification program at your Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant. This management
meeting was held as a result of the findings identified in our Inspection
Report No. 50-341/87016(DRS).
The enclosed copy of our report of this meeting identifies those matters
discussed during the meeting.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room.
