The proposal is presented for NRC review and approval.

It is requested that Attachment I which contains safeguards information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.11. Drawings of the Control Room and surrounding areas are also attached for reference.

The other issue being addressed by GPUN is the upgrade of the Protected Area Intrusion Detection System. A project milestone schedule was provided with the March 20, 1987 letter (Reference 1). The project is currently on schedule.
