SUBMITTAL OF SECURITY PLAN REVISIONS o
Attached are one original and five (5) conformed copies of Revision 15 to the Palisades Security Plan and of Revision 16 the the Big Rock Point Security Plan. These revisions are necessary in order for the Plans to conform to changes in 10 CFR Parts 50 and 73 (51FR27817 and 51FR27822). Attachment I i

.contains the justification for revision to both Plans. Attachment II contains the page changes for the Big Rock Point Plan and Attachment III contains the page changes for the Palisades Plan.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of either Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachments to this letter to be withheld from public disclosure since they contain information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
