This transmits the report of the above subject inspection by Messrs. J. T. Shediosky
and F. A. Casella of this office.
The inspection findings have been discussed with
Messrs. S. E. Scace and C. H. Clement of your staff.
No violations were identified during this inspection and no reply to this letter
is required. We note, however, that there were three reactor trips on steam gen-
erator low level and a safety injection actuation due to a faulty procedure revi-
sion.
These indicate a need for continued management attention to recurrent feed-
water problems and to procedure adequacy.
