SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/86-42 AND 50-328/86-42
Thank you for your response of October 24, 1986, to our Notice of Violation
issued on September 26, 1986, concerning activities at your Sequoyah facilty.
We have evaluated your responses, and with the exception of your response to the
second example of violation 50-327/86-42-01 and 50-328/86-42-01, find that they
meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will evaluate the implementation of
your corrective actions in future inspections.
With respect to the second example for violation 50-327,328/86-42, your response
is still under evaluation. We will inform you of the results of our evalation
upon its completion.
