DOCKET N0. 50-416, PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE ACTION RECOMMENDATIONS This is in response to your letter dated October 8, 1986, regarding a " modified Protective Action Recommendations (PARS) scheme" following the declaration of a General Emergency.
Our review of the justification package and supporting documentation indicated that the proposed changes will continue to meet federal guidance regarding an acceptable PAR scheme. We look forward to future plan changes that will reflect the modified protective action recommendation flow chart. In addition, we will examine the implementation of the modified PAR scheme and training of key accident assessment personnel during a future inspection.
