Dear Mr. Fay:
By letter dated May 16, 1985 you submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix H the Capsule T Sunnary Report, WCAP-10736, for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1.
You concluQd that the results of that Capsule Test support the continued use of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 1 pressure-temperature limits specified in Figures 15.3.1-1 and 15.3.1-2 of the Technical Specifications.
We have completed our review of ycur submittal and conclude that the current pressure-temperature limits in tne Point Beach Unit 1 Technical Specifications are still valid and may continue to be used. The details of our review are contained in the enclosed Safety Evaluation.
