This acknowledges the receipt of your letters of March 5, 1986 and August 5, 1986 (your file: 696-8078 and 696-9027, respectively) by which you transmitted a change to the GA Category II and III Physical Protection Plan. This plan is also referred to as the " Fixed Site and Transportation Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate and Low Strategic Significance" dated February 1983.
