Attached please find two copies of Supplement 3 to the Startup Report (Reference
- 1) prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.3 of Appendix A (Techni-cal Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Operating License.
Supplement 3 covers the items that were open at the time Supplement 2 (Reference 3) was submitted, which include the Reactor Coolant and Secondary Chem-istry Test, the Biological Shield Survey, and Intercomparison of PPS, Core Protection Calculator (CPC), and PMS Inputs.
Supplement 4 to the Startup Report will be submitted by February 24, 1987, and will address those itens not closed out with this supplement, which are the Reactor Cool-ant and Secondary Chemistry Test, the Biological Shield Survey, and the Intercom-parison of PPS, Core Protection Calculator (CPC), and PMS Inputs.
