Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan (PSP), Temporary Changes San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 The enclosed Addendums are provided as prescribed in the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved August 1983 PSP.
The temporary changes presented in Addendums 10-1A (5-11-87) and 10-1B (5-11-87) were implemented on May 11, 1987, and telephonically reported to the NRC Region V Headquarters (Mr. R. Beatty, SCE, to Mr. A. McQueen, NRC-V) on May 11, 1987.
The Addendums contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
