Dear Administrative Judges:
This will advise the Board that on September 23, 1986 the Applicants sought and obtained CASE's assent to an enlargment of the time for responding to sets 3 through 7 of CASE's "CPRT Discovery."
Responses were nominally due October 6, 1986, and the enlargement is for one month.
It has been our understanding that, in cases of agreement on enlargements, the Board does not require that any action be taken by it, but rather is satisfied with notice of the agreement.
If our understanding is not correct, then we request that the Board approve of the enlargement.
