Mr. G. C. Andognini Chief Executive Officer, Nuclear Thank you for your letter of May 8,1987, in response to our Notice of Violation dated April 10, 1987.
The corrective actions you have taken will be reviewed during a future physical security inspection.
In response to your request to reclassify the severity level on item A of the Notice of Violation, we believe the severity level of the violation was-appropriate.
Your initiation of immediate compensatory and corrective actions upon identification of the violation was proper; however, these factors do not effect the severity level of the identified violation.
