FEDERAL GRAND JURY INDICTMENT OF SECURITY CONTRACTOR -

YOH SECURITY, INC., AND FORMER EMPLOYEES On September 25, 1986, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced that a Federal Grand Jury had returned indictments charging Y0H Security, Inc.,

two of its former managers, and the operator of a Security Officers Training School with conspiracy, false statements and cover-up in connection with training records for the security force at the Limerick Generating Station. The indictments relate to activities preceding the licensing of the Limerick Generating Station, for which the licensee has already taken appropriate corrective action. The fomer managers were the YOH Site Manager and the YOH Security Force Captain, at the time. The operator of the training school was being utilized by Y0H Security, Inc. to provide certifications under the Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training Act. The case was referred to the U.S. Attorney's Office by the NRC's Philadelphia Office of Investigations that investigated the case jointly with the FBI.

Y0H Security, Inc. also provides security services for nuclear power plants operated by Long Island Lighting Company, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, and GPU Nuclear Corporation.
