A routine safety inspection of your Radioactive Weste Effluents Program was

conducted by Mr. L. Myers of this office on April 27-30 and May 1,1987.
Discussions of his findings were held by Mr. Myers with you and your staff at
the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection of the radiological protection activities
associated with liquid and gaseous effluents included training, procedures,
semi-annual reports, management control, audits, ventilation systems, effluent
control and monitoring, instrumentation, and liquid and gaseous releases.
