Inspection Report 86 Additional Information In Reference 3, Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) committed to some follow-up actions in the response to violation 8605-02 of Inspection Report 86-05.
These follow-up actions were intended to ensure that activities directed by offsite procedures are provided the proper reviews and approvals.
Specifi-cally, OPPD investigated and determined that procedures used to implement Surveillance Tests are and were reviewed and approved by the PRC, and no other procedures were or are used.
The " Environmental Radiological Monitoring Procedure Manual", that was the subject of the original violation and used to implement surveillance tests, is being revised.
OPPD recently submitted Reference 5, supplying additional information regarding our original Reference 3 response to Inspection Report 86-05.
In that letter is was stated that the Environmental Radiological Monitoring Procedure Manual would be revised and incorporated into the Chemistry Manual, thus assuring internal review as required by TS 5.8.2.
Expected completion of this task was projected to be December 31, 1987.
