We have received a copy of your application dated December 29, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requested review of the proposed corporate reorganization of the Atlantic City Electric Company joint owner of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your December 29, 1986 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
