NOTICE OF D8 POSITION Intervenor CASE, pursuant to Rule J0(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ano 10 CFR s32.720 and 740a, hereby provides notice tnat, immediately to110 wing tne deposition of Terry Tyler, intervenor will take tne deposition upon oral examination of John G.
Streeter.
Tne deposition will be held in Dallas, Texas, at the officen of Frederick Baron and Associates, Suite 1400, Dallas Feoeral Savings Building, 8333 Douglas Avenue, Dallas 75225.
The deposition will continue from day to day until completed, subject to such adjournment as may be agreed upon by counsel.
