CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT TO INCORPORATE THE PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN f 'The Licensee's Physical Security Plan for the protection of special nuclear material (transmitted on July 29,1986) has been reviewed and approved by the Division of Safeguards, NRC. The proposed amendment is to incorporate the Plan into Materials License No. SNM-1513. . The staff determined that the issuance of this amendment is related solely to safeguards matters. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22(12), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
