The proposed amendment would express specific activity in terms of microcurlos per milliliter for Limitin6 Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.4.8 and its associated Durveillanco Requirement (CH).

Three enclosures are provided in support of the requested technical specification changes. The requested changes are identified in enclosure 1.

The justification for the requestod chan6es is providad in enclosuro 2. A determination of no significant hasards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFM part 50.92 is provided in onclosuro 3.

Also enclosnd in a check for the $150 amendment application foo as required by 10 CFM part 170.12. I l
