Our letter to you dated December 6,1985, provided data in response to items 3, 4 and 5 of your November 26, 1985 letter which requested additional infonnation to support Bill No. D0191 for the Shoreham operating license review costs through June 1984. to this letter is the background data to support the NRR contractual costs of
$966,512, including computer summary sheets on NRR contractual costs through May 31, 1984. As you will note, the background data reflects a total NRR-related contractual cost of $48,853 above the $966,512 that you were billed. Since the $3,077,400 collectible under 10 CFR 170 has been billed and paid by you, no additional bill will be issued for the Shoreham operating license. Enclosure 2 is in response to item 2 of your letter on the $20,552 in IE contractual costs. We hope that this information satisfies your needs regarding Bill No. D0191.
