FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS GE hereby submits revisions (dated 5/15/87) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the changes made which do not require NRC approval prior to implementation, contains the revised pages and Attachment 3 is a copy of Reference #2 above.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), GE requests this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies GE procedures for safeguarCing licensed special nuclear material.
