Appendix ll - Decommissioning Plan DISCUSSION At the end of plant life, Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation shall decon-tominate the facilities and site in accordance with the general decommis-sioning plan submitted in the enclosures to the letters dated. June 16, 1978, December 12, 1978, and January 9,1979 so that these facilities and grounds
