Re: La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 54 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 for the la Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment is in response to your application dated February 21, 1986.
The amendment updates the la Crosse BWR Facility Organization Chart, Figure 6.2.2-1 of Technical Specifications. Additional items requested in this application will be addressed in separate licensing actions.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notices.
