Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) No. 54 - Supplement 1 The Licensee requests the attached page change, i.e., page 6-3, to the current Technical Specifications. The specific change follows:
Section 6.3.2 Change the title of the Radiological Controls Director TMI-2 to Manager, Radiological Controls TMI-2.
Reason for Change Administrative change to reflect a recent change in the TMI-2 Organization.
Significant Hazards Consideration This is solely an administrative change to reflect a change in title.
There has been no change to the qualifications stated in Technical Specifications 6.3.2.
Therefore, the proposed change does not:
1.
Involve a significant increase in the probability or consequences of an accident previously evaluated; 2.
Create the possibility of a new or different kind of accident from any accident previously evaluated; 3.
Involve a significant reduction in a margin of safety.
Thus, the proposed change does not constitute a significant hazard as defined by 10 CFR 50.92.
