The original submittal was transmitted via GPU Nuclear letter 4410-86-L-0145 dated August 15, 1986, and requested amendment to Operating Licensing No. DPR-73. The purpose of this supplement is to provide an analysis, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92, which demonstrates that the change involves no significant hazards considerations.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for the proposed Technical Specifications Change Request.
