We wish to review the circumstances involving alleged aberrant behavior by a security officer which occurred on May 2, 1987. To assist in our review, you are requested to send us a copy of the investigation of this matter which was conducted by your staff. The investigation report should be sent to us within 30 days after receipt of this letter.
Portions of the investigation report, if any, that you feel should be exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 to protect the personal privacy of the individual should be annotated as such or addressed in your cover letter.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, Pl. 96-51).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
