Startup Report Supplement 1.
Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached please find two copies of Supplement 2 to the Startup Report (Reference
- 1) prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.3 of Appendix A (Techni-cal Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Operating License.
Supplement 2 covers the items that were open at the time Supplement 1 (Reference 2) was submitted, including the Reactor Coolant and Secondary Chemistry Test, the Biological Shield Survey, and the Main and Emergency Feedwater Systems Test.
Additionally, a new open item, the Intercomparison of PPS, Core Protection Calculator (CPC), and PMS Inputs is addressed.
Supplement 3 to the Startup Report will be submitted by November 24, 1986, and will address those items not closed out with this supplement, which are the Reactor Cool-ant and Secondary Chemistry Test, the Biological Shield Survey, and the Intercom-parison of PPS, Core Protection Calculator (CPC), and PMS Inputs.
