Dear Mr. Denton:
Carolina Power & Light Company submits six copies of Revision 10 (page changes) to the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. I and 2 Security Plan. This revision to the BSEP Security Plan provides our response to the revision to 10 CFR 73.55 as published in the Federal Regist.er on August 4,1986. The revisions are noted by side bars in the columns of the affected pages. Carolina Power & Light Company will implement changes required by 10 CFR 73.55(dXI) within 60 days and changes required by 10 CFR 73.55(a), (dX2), (dX7), (dX9), (eXI) within 180 days af ter receipt of approval from NRC.
The attached copies of the changes to the BSEP Security Plan contain information which has been determined to be safeguards information and should be protected in accordance
. with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
