. During an NRC inspection conducted on June-23-27,11986, a. violation of NRC,
requirements was identified..TheTviolation-involved the: failure-to follow; procedures.'
In accordance with the " General Statement of Polidy and Procedure ~
r for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1985),.the violation is listed below:

ANO Unit.2 Technical Specification 6.11 requires that " Procedures for' person'nel radiation protection.shall be' prepared consistent with the requirements'of 10 CFR Part 20 and shall be approved, maintained and adhered to.for all.
