OSP REVIEW 0F PROPOSED 10 CFR AMENDMENTS ON LICENSEE BANKRUPTCY FILINGS We have reviewed the proposed rulemaking and regulatory analysis to require licensees to notify NRC when they file for bankruptcy. We concur with the proposal but have made a few minor editorial suggestions on the enclosed copy of the notice.
