Letter Contract No. NRC-35-87-341 Entitled, "NRC Comanche Peak Office Complex" The subject Letter Contract was effective April 1,1987.
It was anticipated by l
the parties that a definitive contract would be executed on or before April 30, l
1987 (or by subsequent date mutually agreed upon in writing). Pursuant to the terms of the Letter Contract, it is herely mutually agreed that the t
definitization date shall be extended from April 30, 1987 to June 5, 1987 The amount obligated by the Comission with respect to this contract remains at
$34,000.00 and represents the maximum liability to the Commission in the event of failure to reach agreement on a definitive contract. All other terms and conditions of the Letter Contract shall remain in effect.
Enclosed are two (2) copies of this letter which represents the supplemental agreement of the parties.
