In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed for your information is Revision 4 to Issue 2 of the approved Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Security and Safeguards Continsency Plan.

Supporting informa-tion, which demonstrates that the change does not decrease the effective-ness of the Security Plan, is set forth in Attachment B.
