This refers to the routine safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. R. J. Bailey
of this office on March 24-26, 1987, at the Limerick Generating Station,
Limerick, Pennsylvania of activities authorized by NRC License No. NPF-27 and
to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Bailey with Mr. J. F. Franz at

inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
