Thank you for your letter of December 16, 1985, in response to our letter
and the attached Notice of Violation dated November 15, 1985. As a result of
our review, we find that your response to item C in your letter is not
responsive to our concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. However, the
issues raised in NRC Inspection Report 50-267/85-28, paragraph 6, parallel the
issue raised by our Notice of Violation of November 16, 1985. Therefore, we
will review your response to violation 267/8528-05 relative to this item.
